Domestic dispute leads to arrest in Seneca Falls

Police arrested a man after a domestic dispute in Seneca Falls escalated into reported property damage.

Officers arrested Sean Terry, 42, of Seneca Falls, on February 9 following an investigation by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.

Police said the incident involved a domestic dispute in which Terry damaged property belonging to another person without permission.

Officers charged Terry with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, an A misdemeanor, and criminal tampering in the third degree, a B misdemeanor.

Police processed Terry at the department and transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for CAP Court. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
