An Aurora man faces a grand larceny charge after deputies accused him of taking another person's cellphone.
The Seneca County Sheriff's Office said Ronald Warobick, 65, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. Thursday in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Warobick turned himself in at the Sheriff's Office and was taken into custody on a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on Dec. 3.
