A heated classroom clash sparked a federal lawsuit accusing Albany Law School of retaliation, according to the Times Union. A student claims administrators moved to discipline him after he complained that a professor targeted him as a “white conservative.”
The student says Anthony Farley launched a political and racial tirade on the first day of class, singled him out, and later mocked him on social media. After the student dropped the course and filed a complaint, the school allegedly pursued a disciplinary case against him instead.
The school declined comment, and Farley’s attorney calls the lawsuit frivolous. The student remains enrolled but is finishing classes elsewhere.
