Fire crews from several Seneca County departments rushed to Route 336 after a mobile home caught fire and quickly became fully involved.
Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire reported the incident, saying departments from Fayette, Waterloo, Varick, and Romulus responded, along with North Seneca Ambulance.
Early updates showed multiple units en route as crews converged on the scene. Fayette units 401 and 402 responded, with 402 later reporting on scene. Additional Fayette units, including 461 and 463, also arrived.
Varick Fire sent several units as well. Engine 1501 responded and later laid in from the hydrant. Units 1504 and 1561 also reported responding or on scene. Romulus unit 1321 responded to assist.
No further details about damage or injuries were released in the initial reports.
