Police arrested a man after responding to a report of lewd behavior behind a Seneca Falls business late Tuesday night.
Officers with the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to the area around 9:36 p.m. and found an individual engaging in lewd conduct in a public place, police said.
Andre I. Haynes Jr., 30, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody and charged with public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor.
Police later released Haynes on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
