Deputies arrested a Cayuga County man Thursday afternoon on an active bench warrant in Seneca Falls.
Justin P. Doyle, 34, of Cayuga, was taken into custody around 1:08 p.m. on a warrant issued by the Town of Potter Court for a violation of probation tied to a conditional discharge.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office said New York State Police located Doyle during a separate incident. Troopers then turned him over to sheriff’s deputies for the warrant arrest.
Deputies transported Doyle to the Yates County Jail. Authorities said he is being held there while he awaits CAP arraignment.
