Police arrested a man after deputies responded to a shoplifting complaint at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor.
Joseph T. Rayeski, 25, of Addison, was taken into custody Dec. 20 at Von Maur, located at 300 Eastview Mall Drive, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies allege Rayeski passed all points of sale without paying for about $20 worth of merchandise.
He is scheduled to return to Town of Victor Court at a later date to answer the charge.
