Police arrested a man late Tuesday night after locating him on an outstanding bench warrant in Seneca Falls.
Officers took the man into custody around 11:01 p.m. after determining he failed to appear in court on a previous petit larceny charge, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police identified the suspect as Shawn P. Davis, 45, of Savannah. Officers processed Davis and transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he will remain while awaiting arraignment.
