A Newark man has been arrested in connection with a reported sex offense that occurred in Canandaigua earlier this year.
Dominic M. Gambino, 34, was taken into custody on November 26 on a warrant for forcible touching related to an incident on Lakeshore Drive back on September 15.
Investigators say Gambino allegedly touched the intimate parts of another person without their consent. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
No additional details about the incident were released.
