Police charged a Penn Yan man with harassment after a verbal dispute reportedly turned physical.
Officers arrested 45-year-old Brien E. Swinehart on a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
He’s accused of physically threatening another person during the argument.
Swinehart was issued the summons and released. He’s scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
