State Police are investigating a disturbing scene in the town of Allen, where two people were found dead late Sunday night.
Troopers out of SP Amity responded to a call on Botsford Hollow Road around 10:06 p.m. on Nov. 23. When they arrived, they found two deceased individuals at the residence.
A person of interest has already been identified, located, and taken into custody. Investigators say there is no threat to the public at this time.
Few details have been released, and officials say the case remains an active criminal investigation. More information will be shared as it becomes available through the New York State Police.
