A Lyons man was arrested this week in Newark on charges tied to a physical altercation that happened more than two months ago at a local inn.
Deputies say Nathan Chargles Reeves, 42, was taken into custody Monday on West Union Street in the village of Newark. He was wanted on a warrant issued by the Manchester Town Court, charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment.
The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred September 10 at the Manchester Inn on State Route 96. Reeves was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
Deputy Fitzgerald led the investigation.
