Deputies arrested a Victor man Wednesday afternoon after a months-long investigation into conduct that allegedly harmed a child’s well-being.
Christopher L. Rushing, 35, was taken into custody around 3:11 p.m. at a home on Church Street in the Village of Victor, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest followed an investigation by the sheriff’s office, which determined Rushing had engaged in behavior injurious to the mental and moral welfare of a child under 17.
He was taken to the Ontario County Jail for processing and held while awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
