Deputies arrested an Auburn man early Saturday morning after he was pulled over for swerving on a road in Sennett.
The driver, 37-year-old Sheldon L. Brown, is charged with misdemeanor DWI and several other traffic violations, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office said.
A deputy spotted Brown’s car around 11:48 p.m. Friday on North Street Road. According to the sheriff’s office, the vehicle was struggling to stay in its lane. The deputy pulled him over and later took Brown into custody after a roadside investigation.
Brown was brought to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, where a breath test showed a blood alcohol content of .15%, officials said.
He was issued traffic tickets and is due in Town of Sennett Court on December 3 at 5 p.m.
