A Rochester man is facing a larceny charge after deputies say he tried to leave a Victor department store without paying.
On November 14, Ontario County deputies arrested 40-year-old John Alexander Nnodum following a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur, located at 300 Eastview Mall Drive. Deputies say Nnodum took $52 worth of merchandise and passed all points of sale without paying.
He was taken into custody at the scene and is expected to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
