Driver charged with DWI after car ends up in ditch

A Waterloo woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after her car was found in a ditch near a busy Seneca Falls intersection.

Police arrested 32-year-old Danielle M. Williams on Oct. 31 after responding to the crash near State Route 414 and County House Road.

Officers said a roadside investigation showed Williams had been driving under the influence. She was charged with one count of DWI and one count of DWI with a BAC of .08% or higher.

Williams was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and released on an appearance ticket. She’s due back in court at a later date.
