Police arrested a Canandaigua woman after she was found inside an apartment she didn’t have permission to enter.
Officers responded to a trespassing call on Parrish Street around 8:33 a.m. on October 23. When they arrived, they found 45-year-old Tera M. Walsh inside the apartment.
An investigation determined that Walsh had entered the residence without the tenant’s permission. She was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
Walsh was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
