Deputies arrested a driver after a traffic stop just after midnight March 29 on State Route 64 South in the Town of Bristol.
The driver, Shawn E. Kennedy, 66, of Naples, was charged after deputies determined she was intoxicated.
Deputies said they stopped the vehicle after observing traffic violations. The investigation led to charges of failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
Kennedy was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Naples Court at a later date.
