A Dundee man already serving time for child sex crimes has been indicted a fourth time, this one for predatory sexual assault against a child under 13, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Prosecutors say 49-year-old Ronald Chilson’s new charge involves a former foster child and carries up to 25 years to life in prison. District Attorney Todd Casella said it marks the fourth victim to come forward.
Chilson is already serving a 10-year sentence after pleading guilty in September to first-degree criminal sexual act and must remain under supervision for 20 years after release.
