A Geneva man was arrested March 27 following a reported domestic incident on Lewis Street.
Nicholas E. Smith, 22, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the second degree.
Officers said Smith violated a refrain-from order of protection issued by the City of Geneva Criminal Court.
Police said Smith threw a table at the protected party, causing injury.
Officers also determined the protected party was holding a child under age 17 during the incident.
