Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman just after 2 a.m. Thursday on an outstanding warrant.
Allisha H. Higbee was taken into custody on Oct. 23 by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department. Officers say the warrant was issued by the local town court.
Higbee was processed at the police station and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
