A Bath woman is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly handing off drugs while being arrested last month, according to the Village of Bath Police Department.
Police say they spotted 29-year-old Sarah A. Baldwin on September 16 and arrested her on an outstanding warrant.
While in custody, she allegedly passed controlled substances to another person. That triggered a new investigation and a second warrant.
Officers arrested Baldwin again on October 22. She’s now charged with two drug sale felonies, two counts of drug possession, and tampering with evidence. She was arraigned and released.
