Police arrest man after domestic disturbance in Seneca Falls

Police arrested a man after responding to a domestic disturbance at a Seneca Falls home on October 17.

Joseph W. Donson, 22, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody after what police say started as a verbal argument with his girlfriend turned physical.

Officers charged Donson with disorderly conduct. Because a Class B Order of Protection was already in place to protect the victim, he was also charged with second-degree criminal contempt for violating that order.

Police transported Donson to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center. He was set to be arraigned at CAP Court.
