Authorities are searching for Jay P. Todd, who is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is listed as April 1, 1977.
Anyone with information on Todd’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438. Anonymous tips can also be sent by texting “YATES” to 847411.
