A 73-year-old man with dementia vanished from a soccer game at Randall Park after heading to the restroom, according to WBNG. As daylight faded and temperatures dropped, Cortland police called in Officer Matthew Maniaci, who used a drone to scan hard-to-reach areas.
The drone located the man in a fenced-off section that officers likely wouldn’t have searched on foot.
