A Canandaigua man is facing a long list of charges — including multiple felonies — after deputies say he was caught driving drunk with a revoked license and without a required ignition interlock device.
Bernard L. Green, 34, was arrested around 2:27 a.m. on Sunday, October 5, following a traffic stop near 2544 State Route 332 in the Town of Canandaigua.
Deputies determined Green was intoxicated and took him into custody. Further investigation revealed that he was driving with a revoked license and was already required by the court to have an ignition interlock device — a restriction he allegedly violated.
Green was charged with:
- Felony Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)
- Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (1st degree)
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (2nd degree)
- Operating without a court-ordered interlock device
- Failure to surrender a revoked driver’s license
- Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
He was processed and released with a court date in Canandaigua Town Court, where he will answer the charges.
