Northeast College of Health Sciences just opened its doors for the Fall 2025 Trimester — and it’s doing so with more students than it’s seen in years.
The college welcomed its largest student body since before the pandemic, celebrating both record enrollment and the one-year anniversary of several new healthcare programs.
New programs mark one year of growth

Students officially returned to class Sept. 8 across a range of programs — including chiropractic, nutrition, imaging sciences, and massage therapy — offered online, on-campus in Seneca Falls, and at Northeast’s new Long Island branch.
This fall also marks one year since the launch of the college’s first undergraduate degrees and certificate program in high-demand fields like radiologic technology, diagnostic medical sonography, and massage therapy.
“These programs represent both the evolution of Northeast and our commitment to providing high-quality, in-demand healthcare education pathways,” said Dr. Michael Mestan, president of Northeast College.
Campus life on the rise in Seneca Falls
More than 180 students moved into campus housing in Seneca Falls the weekend of Sept. 5 — a milestone for the college and part of a growing trend in residence hall occupancy. Northeast says its efforts to keep housing costs among the lowest in the region are helping students stay focused on their healthcare goals.
