Police in Penn Yan arrested a man Friday afternoon after he allegedly refused repeated orders to leave the scene of a disturbance outside a local business.
Officers charged 45-year-old Jesus R. Santiago-Ramirez of Ridge Road with disorderly conduct following the incident on Sept. 5.
According to police, Santiago-Ramirez was observed causing a disturbance in front of the establishment and ignored multiple commands from officers to disperse. He was eventually taken into custody.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
