Residents at Geneva Gardens say the $1,500 relocation offer from the college isn’t nearly enough. Some families may be forced to leave the area—or even the state—due to limited affordable housing nearby.
Eviction notices are expected by October 31, giving 53 households just two months to find new places to live.
