Good Neighbors Interlaken, part of the Interlaken Community Action Group, connects residents to local volunteers for small tasks like changing light bulbs or pet care. Organizers say the goal is to revive the lost art of neighborly support and build community bonds.
The group uses a single Google Voice number to dispatch help and is spreading the word through local events and library groups.
