A Canandaigua man is facing a child endangerment charge after allegedly shoving a teenager to the ground.
Police say Edwin F. Talbott II, 38, was arrested on August 15 at 5:32 p.m. following a reported disturbance. Investigators determined that Talbott placed his hands on a 16-year-old’s face and pushed them to the ground.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and taken to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
