Police charged a Waterloo man after he allegedly walked out of a store without paying for merchandise.
Officers say John E. Myers, 40, took items from a local business in Seneca Falls on August 20 and passed all points of sale without attempting to pay.
Myers was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He was given a ticket to appear in town court at a later date.
