Deputies arrested a Clifton Springs woman after an investigation into stolen funds from her workplace.
Officials say 39-year-old Brandy L. Powers was charged with grand larceny following a complaint from a business in the Town of Hopewell.
Powers is accused of stealing more than $1,000 while employed there.
She was taken into custody on August 21 and issued an appearance ticket. Powers is scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
