Deputies arrested a Sodus Point man after a domestic incident turned violent and ended in a robbery, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Brandon C. Albright, 26, was taken into custody following a July 27 dispute at a home on Bay Street Extension in Sodus Point.
Investigators say Albright got into a physical argument with the victim, struck them, and forcibly took property they were holding during the fight.
He’s now facing charges of third-degree robbery, petit larceny, and second-degree harassment.
Albright was taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
