Deputies arrested a Cayuga man earlier this month after responding to a domestic incident involving a one-year-old child.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Timothy M. Tandle was taken into custody on August 1 after allegedly kicking a woman while she was holding a baby. The incident happened around 1:22 p.m. at a residence in the Village of Cayuga.
Deputies say no injuries were reported, but Tandle was arrested at the scene and charged with endangering the welfare of a child — a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
