The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 33-year-old following an investigation into a rape.
Emil Aliev, 33, of Prattsburgh is accused of sexually assaulting a victim under 13 years old.
He was charged with first-degree rape, which is a Class B felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
