A man fatally shot Saturday night outside an Auburn apartment complex has been identified, according to Auburn Police.
Authorities say 43-year-old Ronell Agee, who had a last known address in Rochester, was shot near the Oak Creek Town Homes just before 9:40 p.m. He was taken to Auburn Community Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police arrested 35-year-old Davon Dixon of Auburn at the scene. He is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
