Manlius shelves $39M town hall vote

A proposed $39 million town hall and police facility project in Manlius has been halted indefinitely, according to CNY Central.

Town officials announced Tuesday that the November 4 vote on the plan has been canceled and removed from the July 30 agenda. Instead, the meeting will now address general facility issues.

The planned building, to be located near the Northeast Medical Center, was intended to replace the aging Brooklea Drive site, which requires costly repairs and upgrades.
