Deputies have arrested a Scottsburg man accused of stealing heavy equipment from The Home Depot in Victor earlier this year.
Frank M. Orosz, 40, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree after authorities say he failed to return a rented skid steer and trailer he obtained on May 7.
Orosz was taken into custody by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies on July 16 and arraigned in CAP Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation.
