A Phelps man has been arrested following an investigation into narcotic sales in the city, according to the City of Canandaigua Police Department.
Darshawn D. Edmonds, 30, was taken into custody on July 14 and charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Police allege Edmonds sold narcotic drugs to another person on several occasions between June and July.
Edmonds was processed without incident and transported to CAP arraignment. Authorities said additional charges are pending.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
