Deputies arrested a Lyons man Tuesday after they say he violated a court order during a domestic incident in Sodus Point.
John C. Walker, 21, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say Walker was seen with a protected party in violation of a stay-away order issued by Wayne County Family Court.
Walker was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to await arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
