Deputies arrested a Lyons man Tuesday evening following a reported family disturbance involving injuries.
Santo D. DeLork, 52, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Authorities allege DeLork threw the victim to the ground after a verbal argument, causing injuries that required hospital treatment. The incident allegedly occurred in the presence of a child under 17.
DeLork was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment. An order of protection was requested in court for the victim. He is expected to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
