A 57-year-old Canandaigua resident turned himself in June 24 after a domestic disturbance at a West Gibson Street address.
Devin W. Vasquez was charged with aggravated family offense, unlawful imprisonment, and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators allege he held someone down and tried to take their phone while a young child was present.
Vasquez was transported to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
