A Lyons man was arrested Tuesday night following a reported disturbance that led to multiple misdemeanor charges, including forcible touching.
Joseph Hock, 77, was taken into custody on July 1 by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies after an incident on Nye Road in the Town of Lyons. Deputies say Hock exposed himself to two individuals and allegedly touched a woman’s intimate area during the encounter.
The Sheriff’s Office charged Hock with one count of forcible touching, two counts of public lewdness, and one count of second-degree harassment. After his arrest, Hock was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and later processed at the Wayne County Jail.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on July 15.
