Seneca Falls man charged with felony for ATM damage

A Seneca Falls man was arrested Friday after police say he destroyed an ATM outside a local bank.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department charged 21-year-old Jonrobert G. Bond with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony, following an investigation into damage at the Community Bank.

Authorities determined that Bond was responsible for destroying the machine. He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
