A new pirate-themed tiki bar, Corsair’s Cove, has opened at Hotel Canandaigua, offering lake views, rum drinks, and a relaxed island vibe, according to the Canandaigua Messenger. The venue replaces the former Bird Cage bar and officially launched with a “Pirate Palooza” event.
The Cove’s menu features playful items like the Pillage & Pina cocktail and Mango Marauder chicken fingers. Visitors can enjoy pirate-themed décor, live music on Wednesdays, and easy access to lakefront art installations like the Ghost of Roseland.
Designed to stand out from typical nautical spots, Corsair’s Cove blends whimsical design with casual lakeside charm, aiming to attract both locals and hotel guests.
