A Waverly man has been arrested for allegedly racking up more than $10,000 in purchases using a stolen debit card.
State Police say Timothy Davis, 42, took the card from someone he knew without their knowledge.
Davis is charged with grand larceny after reportedly using the card to make unauthorized transactions. He was taken to Tioga County Jail for arraignment following the investigation.
Authorities have not disclosed further details about the relationship between Davis and the victim.
