Two new developments are reshaping Lansing, with a building supply store moving in and an office park on the way, according to The Ithaca Voice. ABC Building Supply will soon occupy the former Lansing Market site, while its previous owner is planning a professional office park across the street.
ABC Building Supply, a national retailer, plans to open at 3125 North Triphammer Road with minimal renovations. The firm targets growing markets like Ithaca and already operates in nearby cities. Meanwhile, S.E.E. Associates will build a 5,472-square-foot office building on Auburn Road, marking the first phase of a potential four-building complex.
These projects aim to serve both commercial businesses and small professional offices as the area’s development steadily grows.
