A Penn Yan woman was arrested Tuesday after allegedly damaging another person’s property during a domestic incident, according to village police.
Chasity R. Schorpp faces a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief following a June 9 dispute on Seneca Street. Police say Schorpp got into an argument with another individual and intentionally caused damage.
Officers located Schorpp the following day and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and released with an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
