A Victor man was arrested Tuesday following a child exploitation investigation led by the New York State Police Troop E Computer Crimes and Forensic Investigation Units.
Tracy J. Przepiora, 57, was taken into custody after authorities executed a search warrant on June 12 at a residence on County Route 41. Investigators seized multiple electronic devices for analysis.
The investigation began with a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which reported the possession of child abuse material to State Police in Canandaigua on May 30. Forensic analysis later confirmed the presence of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on one of the seized devices.
Przepiora was charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child under 17, a D felony, and possessing a sexual performance by a child, an E felony. He was processed at SP Canandaigua and transported to Ontario County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
